Jerry and Karla Diaz are Certified Reiki Master's who are certified in the Usui/Tibetan Reiki Ryoho style. During sessions, they work together as one to balance the masculine and feminine energies that we all possess.

Karla also holds certifications in crystal and sound healing, having completed programs through accredited instruction.

Jerry and Karla offer their services by appointment only Monday-Saturday and are available for Reiki in both the Twilight Himalayan Salt Room and the treatment room. 

They also facilitate guided meditation & Reiki sound baths together with Jimi Norberg.

 Hello! My name is Garrett, and I am a sound bath facilitator. I have been performing sound baths for over two years and have helped thousands of people world wide! 

How does someone like me get involved in sound healing you may ask.. well let me start from the point where I began searching for happiness within my adult life. It was September 4th 2022, a life long friend of mine told me that I needed to join him in malibu for something he called a sound bath. 

I had never heard of such a thing before and it sounded pretty dumb to me to be completely honest.. but he promised me that it would change my life, allowing me to remove the blockages that were preventing me from achieving true happiness. With faith and a whole lot of driving ahead of me we took the nearly two hour journey to malibu from our home town, me unknowing of what the heck I was even going to experience. 

The drive took me to a cliffside, the edge of a giant mountain overlooking the pacific ocean and nearly every plane in sight.. not joking.. we were insanely high up there. Oxygen was scarce. We chose a spot near the front of a crowd of people just to the left of about eight huge bowls made of what looked like white crystal. Long story short what followed next would change the course of my life completely. 

The usual chatter inside of my head was silenced.. the worries I had were almost entirely gone.. the focus I needed was clear and my mind was set. I didn’t know how being exposed to noise like that could possibly help bring happiness and hope back into my life.. but I wasn’t going to let anything stop me from finding out. I knew that if I could learn everything I could about the instruments I heard that day that I could help people find happiness and peace within themselves too!  

After a little bit of research (some major purchases) and with the support of people who believed in my weird new story, I slowly started achieving my goal of changing the world one life at a time. 

It’s 2025 now and it’s hard to keep track of how many people these instruments have changed so far since I started this whole journey but I won’t stop until the entire world knows about how beneficial these tools can be to bringing real joy back into our lives.

James, a 46-year-old Certified Reiki Master, Vibrational Sound Therapies, and Energy & Meditation Guide, co-founded Reiki Sound Baths LLC. in 2023—a guided Reiki and sound therapy healing mindfulness company—alongside his business partner and best friend Carissa, a Certified Sound Practitioner renowned for her majestic Crystal Quartz singing bowls. 

Born from tragedy—a devastating auto accident on July 22, 2021, that claimed James's oldest (14) and youngest (10) year old daughters and sparked his Near Death Experience—James and his surviving middle daughter embarked on a profound healing journey. 

Rejecting suppressing medications, they embraced holistic practices like Reiki, chakra rebalancing, meditation, breathwork, grounding, affirmations, and sound therapy with instruments such as crystal quartz singing bowls, gongs, and buffalo drums to name a few. 

Guided by miraculous experiences and his daughters as his personal spirit guides, James now shares this passion to help others achieve their highest selves, fostering relaxation, restoration, rejuvenation, and universal peace, love, and harmony.

Carissa is a Sound Practitioner specializing in sound therapy with crystal quartz singing bowls. Her path has always been guided by a deep interest in holistic healing. 

In 2016, facing challenges that called for deeper emotional and mental support, Carissa began using crystal singing bowls as part of her exploration of alternative healing

In 2016, facing challenges that called for deeper emotional and mental support, Carissa began using crystal singing bowls as part of her exploration of alternative healing methods. She was deeply drawn to their calming resonance—an experience that sparked a profound desire to share sound therapy with others.

Since then, she has dedicated herself to studying sound therapy and energy healing techniques, becoming certified to support others on their healing journeys. Through immersive sound bath experiences, Carissa creates soothing, intentional spaces where others can unwind, release emotional tension, and reconnect with themselves.

In 2023, she co-founded Reiki Sound Baths LLC. with Reiki Master / Practitioner James. Together, they blend sound healing and Reiki channeling techniques into deeply restorative experiences that support holistic well-being.

Carissa’s mission is to guide others toward inner peace and connection through the transformative power of sound therapies.
